The present disclosure is related to processes that promote the solvation of calcium ions in macromolecular matrices. Processes in which the relationship, concentration, physicochemical conditions at each stage and preparation methods making it possible to obtain a stabilized soluble product, based on calcium salts and polymers. The present invention does not result in the deposition of crystals of the salts used, exceeding commercial calcium formulations; therefore, are very useful for their application in the food, pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic industry.
