nanomaterials (NMs) are drawing the attention of a large number of active economic sectors due to their potential in a wide range of applications. In parallel, there is a great interest to determine the toxicity of NMs, since various studies have indicated their toxic effect to biological systems. In this work CuO and SnO NPs were syinthesized and they were characterized using advanced microscopic techniques, in order to evaluate the toxic effect on NPs in E. Coli.
