"The Pinus cembroides, Pinus nelsonii and Pinus culminicola. The generated models of the groups generated by the environmental variables were compared, one based on 19 Worldclim bioclimatic variables and another using across variables and three topographic variables (altitude, slope and exposure), in order to establish the most accurate. The surface of the potential habitat was determined and calculated via GIS, in addition to a spatial analysis of the types of vegetation and land use present in the areas and the potential distribution maps of the models of the three species are presented. The Jacknife tests establish the percentages of participation of the variables; in the generation of the model of P. cembroides the main ones were the average temperature of the fourth annual drier with average of 12.4 ° C, with 26.9% and maximum temperature of the warmest month of 28.15 ° C and 11.6%. For. Nelsonii was the minimum temperature of the coldest annual quarter, average of 4.6 ° C and 23.7%, the altitude with average of 2.474 mi 21.2% and for the model of P. culminicola was the altitude with an average of 3.249 mi 44.4% followed by the average temperature of the coolest annual room with an average value of 6.17 ° C and 24.01% contribution to the model. The estimated potential habitat area of the species was 3,880 km2 for P. cembroides, 219.66 km2 and for P. culminicola, 104.3 km2. The main types of vegetation present in the area of potential habitat for P. cembroides were pine forest, Rosethophyll desert scrub and secondary vegetation of pine forest; for P. nelsonii rosetófilo desert scrub, pine forest and submontane scrub and in the habitat of P. culminicola were the secondary vegetation of the pine forest and the secondary vegetation of ayarín forests. The purpose of this study was to obtain potential distribution models for the species studied, if they are under protection status and threats, and thus provide information for conservation and restoration plans.
