"This article presents a lean manufacturing model for reducing dead time on production lines in a flexographic company. The model is constructed based on dead time indices; factors with the highest influence in dead times are determined by the principal components of the multivariate analysis. Risks under different dead time scenarios were calculated in order to compare results."
