"This paper proposes a logistic model that determines the optimal company distribution network. The network must satisfy the demands of business orders at minimal cost. The model contemplates that the distribution network is formed by four sub networks, and in each the linear optimization model to determine the optimal number of transport units is proposed. In each unit the travelling salesman problem is applied to optimize costs in the distribution network. In each sub network the logistic order model is weekly, and applying the proposed model for 5 weeks a saving of 49306.66 USD from the actual cost was obtained."
