El impacto del dispendio hidrológico de las generaciones actuales sobre las necesidades de abasto de las generaciones futuras será explicado desde los fundamentos de la aproximación sustentable en tres fases. En la primera fase, se establecerá la confiabilidad y validez de los instrumentos que miden tres variables: (1) situación del agua, (2) competencias ecológicas y (3) comportamiento sostenible. En la segunda fase, se establecerá la verosimilitud de las relaciones causales entre estas variables esperándose que el abasto irregular del agua determine indirecta, positiva y significativamente su ahorro a través de las creencias de escasez del recurso y los motivos de conservación. Finalmente, en la tercera fase, se diseñará, aplicará y evaluará un programa de dosificación y reutilización del agua
The impact of hidrologic negligence of the present generations on the necessities of supply of the future generations will be explained from the foundations of the sustainable approach in three phases. In first stage, one will settle down the trustworthiness and validity of the instruments that measure three variables: (1) situation of the water, (2) ecological competitions and (3) sustainable behavior. In the second phase, the probability of the causal relations between these variables will settle down being expected that the inconsistent supply of the water to hint, positive and significantly its saving through the beliefs of shortage of the resource and the reasons for conservation. Finally, in the third phase, it will be designed, it will apply and evaluate a program of metering and reusability of the water
