CIMMYT Maize Genetic Resource Lines
Terence Molnar Juan Burgueño Jose Crossa (2020, [Dataset])
CIMMYT makes available to the public a set of maize inbred lines called CIMMYT Maize Genetic Resource Lines (CMGRL). The CMGRLs are derived from crosses between elite CIMMYT lines and landrace accessions, populations or synthetics from the CIMMYT Germplasm Bank. CMGRLs are intended to be used by breeders as sources of novel alleles for traits of economic importance. These lines should also be of interest to maize researchers who are not breeders but are studying the underlying genetic mechanisms of abiotic and biotic traits. The inaugural group of CMGRLs includes five subtropical-adapted lines with tolerance to drought during flowering and grain-fill and four tropical adapted lines for Tar Spot Complex resistance.
19th Fusarium Head Blight Screening Nursery
Pawan Singh Thomas Payne (2020, [Dataset])
The Fusarium Head Blight Screening Nursery (earlier Scab Resistance Screening Nursery - SRSN) is a single replicate nursery that contains diverse spring bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) germplasm adapted to ME2 (High rainfall environment) and ME4 (Low rainfall, semi-arid environment) with total 50-100 entries and white/red grain color.
17th Fusarium Head Blight Screening Nursery
Pawan Singh Thomas Payne (2020, [Dataset])
The Fusarium Head Blight Screening Nursery (earlier Scab Resistance Screening Nursery - SRSN) is a single replicate nursery that contains diverse spring bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) germplasm adapted to ME2 (High rainfall environment) and ME4 (Low rainfall, semi-arid environment) with total 50-100 entries and white/red grain color.
J. Jesús Cerón Rojas Sergio Pérez-Elizalde Jose Crossa (2020, [Dataset])
In breeding, the net genetic merit of candidates for selection is a linear combination of the breeding values of the traits of interest weighted by their respective economic values. This dataset contains the R code that accompanies a publication that describes an evaluation of linear phenotypic selection indices (LPSI) and Bayesian linear phenotypic selection indices (BLPSI).
27th International Septoria Observation Nursery

The International Septoria Observation Nursery (earlier Septoria Monitoring Nursery – SMN) is a single replicate nursery that contains diverse spring bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) germplasm adapted to ME2 (High rainfall environment) and ME4 (Low rainfall, semi-arid environment) with total 50-100 entries and white/red grain color.
26th International Septoria Observation Nursery
Pawan Singh Thomas Payne (2020, [Dataset])
The International Septoria Observation Nursery (earlier Septoria Monitoring Nursery – SMN) is a single replicate nursery that contains diverse spring bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) germplasm adapted to ME2 (High rainfall environment) and ME4 (Low rainfall, semi-arid environment) with total 50-100 entries and white/red grain color.
