The arrival of the nowadays renamed Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Service Industry brought within the formation of a new labor subject in the region: the new proletariat of the north. The proposal of the present article is to identify and describe the specific traits of this working class sub-fraction, by a reevaluation of its meaning, the most relevant socioeconomic indicators which serve to understand it, the political organization chapters that it has undertaken in the past years, and its most characteristic cultural attributes.

En este ensayo se abordan aspectos relativos a las relaciones cercanas entre Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz y la familia Deza, de cierta alcurnia novohispana. Con la que la monja jerónima tuvo un trato cercano, así como literario. Se proponen algunas conjeturas en relación con la comedia Los empeños de una casa y la loa que la acompaña, a partir de esta relación, adjuntando alguna documentación al respecto.

In this essay, are addressed aspects related to the close relationships between Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz and the Deza family, of a certain lineage in New Spain, with which the Hieronymite nun had a close relationship, as well as literary. Some conjectures are proposed in relation to the comedy Los empeños de una casa and the praise that accompanies it, from this list, attaching some documentation in this regard.
