The focus of this work is to analyze from a medical perspective the multiple aspects that guide the criteria that assumes the training of health professionals. This research is based on the theory of social representations; this theory is referred to an epistemology of the sense common, which allows to interpret the reality-the knowledge every day, product of social interactions. Within this theoretical framework, it worked with the approach process, which focuses on the content of the representation in terms of its meaning and significance. It was a descriptive study, qualitative, cross-not experimental, with interviews semistructured with three axes categorical (training, bonding and regulation). The sample was obtained in a manner not probabilistic, they interviewed 12 subject, six heads of teaching and six medical in training attached to the institutions that agreed to participate in the research.

Economic growth as a function of human capital, internet and work

MARTHA JIMENEZ GARCIA (2014)

"The World Bank has suggested the need to enhance information and communication technology skills in all sectors because a 10 per cent increase in internet connectivity was found to boost GDP growth by 1.38 per cent. Simultaneously, the OECD argued that high internet access rates generate a 2 per cent increase in GDP. Because the internet positively affects economic growth, we investigated the relationship between an economically active population, human capital and technology to evaluate these effects in Mexico. A data series from 1991 to 2010 was analysed in three stages according to the least squares method. A Cobb Douglas function under the solow model was considered. Technology and internet access were found to positively affect top level students and graduate students and thus contribute to the global innovation index."

Genealogy of human capital governance

FRANCISCO RUBEN SANDOVAL VAZQUEZ ELEAZAR VILLEGAS GONZALEZ Enrique Martínez Muñoz MARIA LUISA QUINTERO SOTO BEATRIZ LLAMAS ARECHIGA Cruz García Lirios TIRSO JAVIER HERNANDEZ GRACIA (2018)

The psychological studies of organizations, about human capital, have shown that this factor increases to the extent that the environmental demands are intensified, but it is the intellectual trait that acquires the greatest value when considered as the main intangible asset. of an organization. In this way, the objective of this paper was to expose the theoretical, conceptual and empirical frameworks related to human capital to establish discussion scenarios related to the value chain of an organization based on its intangible assets. A documentary study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of sources indexed to repositories such as Dialne , Latindex, Publindex, Redalyc and Scielo , considering the year of publication and relationship between the concepts of organization and human capital. There are lines of research around empathy, trust, commitment, satisfaction and happiness as inherent factors of human capital as an intellectual asset of an organization.

Exploratory Category Structure of the Formation of Intellectual Capital

Eloisa Segura Ovalle MARIA LUISA QUINTERO SOTO HECTOR DANIEL MOLINA RUIZ FRANCISCO RUBEN SANDOVAL VAZQUEZ María Guadalupe Alvarado Ibarra Cruz García Lirios (2018)

The objective of the present work was to specify a model for the study of governance training. The theory intellectual capital essentially means that there is an indirect relationship between vocational training and job placement. Leadership styles are mediators in this process because they transfer values and norms that guide needs and expectations, as well as skills and knowledge to carry out the tasks and achieve the achievements. A non-experimental, documentary, cross-sectional and exploratory study was carried out with a selection of sources indexed to Latin American leading repositories, considering the publication period and ISSN and DOI registration; Dialnet, Latindex, Publindex, Redalyc and Scielo repositories. Since the specified model can be contrasted, the inclusion of factors such as empowerment and entrepreneurships are recommended to establish the scope and limits of the model.

Economic growth, labour market and demographic patterns

Roa García, M. J. Saura, D. Vázquez, F. J. (2008)

The purpose of this work is to study the dynamic interaction between

income growth, demographic variables patterns and labour market

characteristics. We develop a general and simple framework of economic

growth with unemployment, endogenous population growth and age

structure. Our dynamic results show a potential role for state intervention

and institutions in order to enhance growth or smooth out its irregular

pattern. Unemployment rate and per capita income dynamics fluctuate

along cycles of different periods, and they may even have aperiodic paths.

The characteristics of labour market institutions are an endogenous source

of instability. In particular, as the rigidity of the labour market increases,

the possibility of irregular behaviour increases as well. Next, we show how

the introduction of endogenous population growth generates a demographic

transition that affects the dynamics of unemployment and economic growth

rate. Speciffically, the entrance of the young population to the labour force

could smooth fluctuations caused by labour market rigidities. However, this

stabilising factor would dissappear by the delayed entrance into the labour

market due to the age structure mechanism. The delay, corresponding to

the Malthusian cycle, is one source of endogenous oscillations and economic

growth. The paper aims to contribute to the literature that studies

understand the origin and nature of long run macroeconomic fluctuations in

economic growth models.

Patterns of Internal Migration of Mexican Highly Qualified Population Through Network Analysis

Camilo Caudillo Rodrigo Tapia-McClung (2014)

Many real, social, technological, biological and information systems can be described as complex networks. Nonetheless, few studies treat migration from this standpoint. Some migration studies focus on people, and some others on places. The former require very detailed data, while the latter are based on aggregate data. This study is based on places and uses aggregate data, taking flows as an observable and their resulting patterns are the object of study. Mexican censual events take place every ten years, the most recent on 2010, and it has been only until recently that there are enough capabilities and tools available to visualize and model internal migration to the municipal level. Few studies have focused on analyzing migratory movements of such detail, opting instead for the state level. Network analysis allows the identification of communities with a certain degree of spatial structure, that is, the importance that geographical proximity plays in migration.

Marcela Virginia Santana Juárez GIOVANNA SANTANA CASTAÑEDA GEORGINA SIERRA DOMINGUEZ AGUSTIN OLMOS CRUZ ALFREDO ESTRADA RAMIREZ LUIS RICARDO MANZANO SOLIS (2016)

BLANCA ROSALBA GARCIA TOVAR (2018)

The energy sector is cornerstone for the development and future of our country, both for industrial development and the population in general; on that extent the Centrales Termoeléctricas de Ciclo Combinado (CTCC) as part of the Comisión Federal de Electricidad recognized as one of the largest electricity companies in the world, they contribute to this sector be strengthened promoting the building of a more competitive Mexico. The objective of this research is to know the impact of training human capital on productivity about one of the 83 CTCC that operate in México. The methodological strategy is quantitative and correlation type. The measurement instrument used for the collection of information is a questionnaire composed by 19 items represented by two variables: productivity and training. The responses were evaluated using the Likert score. The variable training is studied based on the Kirkpatrick model, while the variable productivity works using the model of Lawlor. The instrument was applied to a sample of 104 items ensuring their reliability using Cronbach´s Alpha test (R=.9809). The results allow to recognize that human capital formation through the processes of training has a favourable impact on the performance and level of productivity in the selected CTCC, there are limitations in the corresponding to the work culture, stands that the new organizacional structure with motive of the transition from State owned company to productive state company promotes the implementation of compliance with performance indicators what is reflected in the organizational productivity.
