Zygmunt Bauman affirms that it is usually considered (he speaks of a European context), that the case of freedom has already been opened, closed and resolved in the most satisfactory way possible. The proof is that, the rare occasions of the salvo, people sell to the street a claim and demand more freedom or a better than it already has. And a creator tends with the same certainty that there is little that can intervene or less even change in the happening of the world and the sea individually in groups. It may be the object of that is not true and that in fact there are various local, national and international non-governmental organizations that do fight for mahyor or better freedom, but it would be worth asking what percentage of the citizenship belongs to one and to participate actively. In Mexico, if people sell a march, asking for more "security": and this term is not necessarily related to social security or the search for better living conditions that allow the realization of a personal, social or cultural project. The term has come to mean restrictively that people can move freely in the streets without fear of being robbed, stolen, kidnapped, threatened or outraged, or that the state has greater control over cartels and different criminal groups The way, that do not harm the integrity of the citizenship. That is to say, freedom is understood only in the negative sense and what is sought is that the hidden power of organized crime be dissolved or less, subject to the power of the State, tending this minimum: ensuring compliance with rules that prevent coercion Social groups over others.
Zygmunt Bauman afirma que se suele considerar (él habla desde un contexto europeo), que el caso de la libertad humana ya ha sido abierto, cerrado y resuelto de la manera más satisfactoria posible. La prueba está en que, salvo raras ocasiones, la gente sale a la calle a reclamar y exigir más libertad o un a mejor de la que ya se tiene. Y se tiende a creer con la misma certeza que es poco lo que se puede intervenir o menos aún cambiar en el acontecer del mundo ya sea individualmente o en grupos. Se podría objetar que esto no es verdad y que de hecho hay diversas organizaciones no gubernamentales locales, nacionales e internacionales que sí luchan por mahyor o mejor libertad, pero valdría la pena preguntarse qué porcentaje de la ciudadanía pertenece a una y participa activamente. En México, la gente si acaso sale a marchar, pidiendo mayer "seguridad": y este término se relaciona no necesariamente con la seguridad social o la búsqueda de mejor condiciones de vida que permitan la realización de un proyecto personal, social, comunitario o cultural. El término ha venido a significar restrictivamente el que la gente pueda circular libremente por las calles sin temor a ser asaltada, robada, secuestrada, amenazada o ultrajada, o bien , el que el Estado tenga un mayor control sobre los cárteles y distintos gruós delictivos de la manera, que no atentan contra la integridad de la ciudadanía. Es decir, la libertad se entiende sólo en sentido negativo y lo que se busca es que el poder oculto de la delincuencia organizada sea disuelto o al menos sometido al poder del Estado, tendiendo éste un papel mínimo: asegurar el cumplimiento de normas que impidan la coacción de unos grupos sociales sobre otros.
