Resumen o descripción
The present work will begin with a general reading of the relationship State political system collective action that has been prefigured in our country. It will then deal with some of the most interesting studies that have been written on Civic Alliance and Barzonism, after which I will add some personal opinions on both collective actions. In the final part of the text I will argue why, in order to think about the transformations of the cultural ethical codes that govern social production, it is necessary to recover the Tourainean idea of historicity, but in a fragmented, multiple and discontinuous way, and not as the typical ideal articulation of ethical models, of knowledge and accumulation that would endow what we call society with an articulation with processes, conflicts and epocally central actors. Taking a decision like this one, it will be possible to resend the concept of social movement to a strictly heuristic level of use, which would free us from the drama of continuing to affirm normatively that there are no longer collective actions capable of altering historicity. In this way we will be able, instead, to ask ourselves how collective actions that are increasingly complex and heterogeneous, discontinuous in time and that feed social action networks that combine visibility and latency, are capable of influencing, in a discontinuous and daily manner, different levels of social production, including historicity, without the risk of losing the analytical references to distinguish such levels of action and, with it, the transforming scope of each concrete action.
El presente trabajo iniciará con una lectura general de la relación Estado sistema político acción colectiva que viene prefigurándose en nuestro país. Enseguida abordará algunos de los estudios más interesantes que han sido escritos sobre Alianza Cívica y el barzonismo, después de los cuales añadiré algunas opiniones personales sobre ambas acciones colectivas. En la par-te final del texto argumentaré porqué, para pensar las transformaciones de los códigos ético culturales que rigen la producción social, es necesario recuperar la idea touraineana de historicidad, pero de una manera fragmentada, múltiple y discontinua, y no como la articulación típico ideal de modelos éticos,de conocimiento y de acumulación que dotarían a eso que llamamos sociedad de una articulación con procesos, conflictos y actores epocalmente centrales. Tomando una decisión como ésta, será posible reenviar el concepto de movimiento social a un nivel de utilización estrictamente heurístico, lo que nos liberaría del drama de seguir afirmando normativa mente que ya no existen acciones colectivas capaces de alterar la historicidad. De esa manera podremos, en cambio, preguntarnos cómo acciones colectivas cada vez más complejas y heterogéneas, discontinuas en el tiempo y que alimentan redes de acción social que combinan visibilidad y latencia,son capaces de incidir, en forma discontinua y cotidiana, en distintos niveles de producción social, incluida la historicidad, sin el riesgo de perder los referentes analíticos para distinguir tales niveles de actuación y, con ello, el alcance transformador de cada acción concreta.
