Esta investigación comprende tres capítulos. En el primero, se estudia el contexto cultural de carácter político, social y artístico en torno al discurso de Marisa Boullosa, aspecto imprescindible para la comprensión del contenido temático, estético y técnico en el lenguaje de esta autora el cual se relaciona íntimamente con el feminismo y la migración como fenómenos de carácter social y político. Ahora bien, en cuanto al contexto artístico se exploró el Taller de Gráfica del Centro de las Artes de Guanajuato, espacio donde Boullosa llevó a cabo las piezas que se analizaron en este estudio. Uno de los objetivos fue comprender la relevancia de recintos de este carácter en la producción de estampa actual. El segundo capítulo consiste en la exploración teórica del imaginario autobiográfico entendido como un repertorio de elementos simbólicos en torno a la historia de vida, que, al ser exteriorizados a partir de la técnica, devienen en un resultado estético. En el tercer capítulo se muestran los resultados del análisis de las obras Lupita (2007), Álbum de familia (2007) y Mi madre (2008), que se vinculan al concepto de imaginario autobiográfico. En Lupita (2007), entre otros hallazgos, se encontró que la representación infantil femenina es un campo fértil para ser investigado a mayor profundidad. En el libro objeto Álbum de familia II (2007) se exploró el uso de textiles en procesos gráficos, aunado al uso de manuscritos como elemento simbólico, además de la relación de este álbum con la línea de trabajo de Louise Bourgeois. Finalmente, en la pieza Mi madre (2008) se ponderó el tema de la maternidad en las artes visuales a partir del contraste entre el trabajo de Boullosa y la óptica de Mónica Mayer, creadora que aborda la maternidad desde lo político y lo social.
This investigation comprises three chapters. In the first one, the cultural context of a political, social and artistic nature is studied around the discourse of Marisa Boullosa, an essential aspect for the understanding of the thematic, aesthetic and technical content in the language of this author which is intimately related to feminism and migration as a phenomena of social and political nature. However, as regards the artistic context, the Graphic Workshop of the Centro de las Artes de Guanajuato was explored, a space where Boullosa carried out the pieces that were analyzed in this study. One of the objectives was to understand the relevance of enclosures of this character in the current stamp production. The second chapter consists of the theoretical exploration of the autobiographical imaginary understood as a repertoire of symbolic elements around the history of life, which, when externalized from the technique, become an aesthetic result. The investigation of the autobiographical imaginary of an author could allow to understand its historical, social, political and artistic context. In the third chapter the results of having applied Aesthetic, thematic and artistic elements: a method for the critic of visual arts (2005) by Carlos Blas Galindo are shown, to perform the analysis of the works Lupita (2007), Family album II (2007) and My mother (2008), which are linked to the concept of autobiographical imaginary. In Lupita (2007), among other findings, it was found that female children's representation is a fertile field to be investigated in greater depth. In Family Album II (2007) the use of textiles in graphic processes was explored, together with the use of manuscripts as a symbolic element, as well as the relationship of this album with Louise Bourgeois' line of work. Finally, in the piece My mother (2008) the theme of motherhood in the visual arts was pondered based on the contrast between the work of Boullosa and the optics of Mónica Mayer, a creator who deals with motherhood from the political and the social. The dress was also explored, as a symbolic element in the image, and the emotional atmosphere around the portrait of a mother.
