La presente tesis doctoral se ocupa de estudiar la producción de distintas espacio temporalidades en la guerra contra el narcotráfico en México de los años 2006 a 2018. Mediante el análisis de diversas narraciones sobre la guerra, se examinará la construcción de espacio temporalidades narrativas y jurídicas como producto del conflicto, así como la pluralidad de marcos históricos que visibilizan. Para ello, se adopta el marco de análisis de Mijaíl Bajtín, que, a través de los conceptos de cronotopo y dialogismo, permite estudiar las temporalidades en el espacio y su relación con la posición de los enunciantes. En tal virtud, el texto se divide en cuatro capítulos. En el primero de ellos, se presenta el aparato conceptual y la teoría de Mijaíl Bajtín. En el segundo capítulo, se analiza la narración de la guerra elaborada por el presidente Felipe Calderón y las narraciones presentes en la discusión legislativa en torno a la juridificación de la guerra. En el tercer capítulo, se reconstruye la espacio-temporalidad de las víctimas, a partir del análisis de las posiciones del Movimiento por la Paz con Justicia y Dignidad, las Caravanas por la Paz, y la Ley de Víctimas. En el último capítulo, se presenta la voz del derecho en torno a la guerra, mediante el análisis de las sentencias y argumentos de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación sobre inconstitucionalidad de la Ley de Seguridad Interior.
This doctoral dissertation studies the production of several different spatio-temporalities in the war on drug trafficking undertaken in Mexico from 2006 to 2018. Through the analysis of different narratives regarding the war, we will examine the construction of narrative and juridical spatio-temporalities produced within the war, along with the plurality of historical frames that those narratives make visible. To that end, we will adopt the analytical frame developed by Mikhail Bakhtin, whose concepts of chronotope and dialogism allow the study of temporalities in space and its relation to the position of each speaker. Thus, the text is divided into four chapters. The first presents the theorical and conceptual foundations of the work, based on Bakhtin’s theory. The second chapter analyses the narrative of the war as produced by president Felipe Calderon as well as the narratives that were part of the legislative debates on the juridification of the war. The third chapter reconstructs the spatio-temporality of the victims, by the analysis of the Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity and the Caravans for Peace, and the law of victims. The last chapter presents the voice of the law about the war, through the analysis of the arguments regarding the inconstitutionality declared by the Supreme Court on the Internal Security Act.
