Se presenta el diseño de un conmutador telefónico digital (PABX) con capacidaa para 240 extensiones y 32 líneas urbanas. La matriz de conmutación empleada es del tipo espacial con asignación variable de ranura ele tiempo, en la que se cumple con la norma europea para el rnanejo de canales PCM. Su capacidad permite tener enazadas 128 extensiones y 32 líneas urbanas, con lo que se tiene un límite máximo de 80 enlaces sirnulttáneos, sin perjuicio de que a las extensiones . restantes se les pueda conmutar una señalización. El control es por programa almacenado que se ejecuta en un microprocesador de 8 bits. Se manejan teléfonos de disco y de impulsación multifrecuencial, y se incluye el control para que el consumo de energía sea el mínimo necesario para las extensiones y áneas urbanas qué estén actívas, Se tiene un repertorio de facilidades al usuario y las facilidades de administración al sistema se explotan principalmente por medio de una terminal el propósito general. Todos los suministros de se derivan de un banco de acumulaaores convencionales. Las pruebas se hicieron en el prototipo del conmutador que se construyó, el cual tiene la circuitería necesaria para manejar 4 extensiones una línea urbana y una confe:rencia tripartita modular. El crecimiento del sistema puede ser de forma modular. El diseño fué hecho para satisfacer los requisitos de un convenio de transferencia tecnologica hacia una empresa privada.

Se reporta por primera vez y se ilustra una especie de hongo micorrízico arbuscular para Yucatán: Acaulospora cavernata, asociado a la rizosfera de cocotero. La incursión de esta singular especie amplía su distribución en México e incrementa la riqueza para el estado de Yucatán, donde está representado el 53% de la riqueza de hongos micorrízicos arbusculares conocida en el país.

El artículo 5 del Código Fiscal de la Federación de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos establece que “Las disposiciones fiscales que establezcan cargas a los particulares y las que señalen excepciones a las mismas, así como las que fijan infracciones y sanciones, son de aplicación estricta” (Cámara de Diputados, 2012). El propósito del presente artículo es discutir sobre el concepto de “aplicación estricta” demostrando que es insostenible lingüística y racionalmente y, a partir de ello, proponer un nuevo concepto pertinente a la argumentación fiscal llamado “construcción del sentido” de las disposiciones fiscales.

Article 5th of the Federal Tax Code of the United States of Mexico establishes that “Tax provisions which institute obligations or tax exceptions to individuals (tax payers) as well as those which establish penalties and sanctions are to be strictly applied.” The purpose of this article is to discuss the concept of “strict application” of tax provisions showing that such concept cannot be sustained based on linguistics nor reason. Therefore a new concept is proposed to the tax argument called “making sense” or “constructing sense”.

Crop residue management and tillage are known to affect the soil bacterial community, but when and which bacterial groups are enriched by application of ammonium in soil under different agricultural practices from a semi-arid ecosystem is still poorly understood. Soil was sampled from a long-term agronomic experiment with conventional tilled beds and crop residue retention (CT treatment), permanent beds with crop residue burned (PBB treatment) or retained (PBC) left unfertilized or fertilized with 300 kg urea-N ha-1 and cultivated with wheat (Triticum durum L.)/maize (Zea mays L.) rotation. Soil samples, fertilized or unfertilized, were amended or not (control) with a solution of (NH4)2SO4 (300 kg N ha-1) and were incubated aerobically at 25 ± 2 °C for 56 days, while CO2 emission, mineral N and the bacterial community were monitored. Application of NH4+ significantly increased the C mineralization independent of tillage-residue management or N fertilizer. Oxidation of NH4+ and NO2- was faster in the fertilized soil than in the unfertilized soil. The relative abundance of Nitrosovibrio, the sole ammonium oxidizer detected, was higher in the fertilized than in the unfertilized soil; and similarly, that of Nitrospira, the sole nitrite oxidizer. Application of NH4+ enriched Pseudomonas, Flavisolibacter, Enterobacter and Pseudoxanthomonas in the first week and Rheinheimera, Acinetobacter and Achromobacter between day 7 and 28. The application of ammonium to a soil cultivated with wheat and maize enriched a sequence of bacterial genera characterized as rhizospheric and/or endophytic independent of the application of urea, retention or burning of the crop residue, or tillage.

Necessity as a driver in bending agricultural gender norms in the Eastern Gangetic Plains of South Asia

The majority of the farmers in the rural Global South continue to depend directly or indirectly on agriculture for their livelihoods. Despite the fact that women account for almost half of the world's farmers, they face gender-specific challenges such as deeply rooted cultural and social norms that limit their access to land, assets, financial markets, agricultural training, and information. Using semi-structured interviews with farmers in the Eastern Gangetic Plains, this study investigates how necessity is becoming one of the major drivers in the bending of agricultural gender norms. The study investigates the connections between feminist political ecology and agricultural technology production frameworks in order to comprehend the implications of technology adoption and influences on gender norms in communities. Women's participation in agriculture was found to be heavily influenced by social and cultural barriers, and they were frequently subjected to social criticism for breaking the systemic gender norms. This paper emphasizes on the growing pattern of bending gender norms with recommendations for increasing women's participation and scope in future agriculture development initiatives through policies and interventions that emphasize gender equity.
