Un factor determinante para la formación de las y los futuros diseñadores de la comunicación gráfica, industriales y arquitectos en los talleres proyectuales es la experiencia profesional que debe tener quien asesora principalmente los proyectos terminales. El perfil deseable de esta, puede ser de experiencia como empleado, emprendedor o ejercicio libre y es quien refuerza las bases para que el alumnado se enfrente al mercado laboral, debido a que conoce la práctica de las diferentes perspectivas de las y los profesionistas, así como las capacidades que deben aprender en su formación universitaria. Por lo tanto, en el presente y futuro, las disciplinas de la división de CyAD deberán reforzar este criterio dada la importancia de la inserción de los futuros profesionistas al mercado laboral.

A determining factor for the training of future graphic communication designers, industrial designers and architects in project workshops, is the professional experience that those who mainly advise terminal projects must have.The desirable profile of them can be experience as an employee, entrepreneur or professional free exercise, and is who can reinforce the bases so that the students can face the labor market, because they know the practice of the different perspectives of the professionals, as well as the skills they must learn in their university education. This article tries to link the immigration policies of the United States and Mexico with the narrative developed by Michel Foucault. It shows how racism is the axis on which the State of biopower exercises its claims and its effects of power on bodies and on life. Thus, the current political rationality goes through the management of the living body of people, their health, and their spatiality. This principle extends to the homicidal function of the State. Two events that occurred on the Chihuahua border demonstrate this.

The context of migration in the Mexican case and its migration policies are analyzed here, taking the case of Ciudad Juarez as a node of movement and link of said policies; for this, the work is divided into four sections. A historical review of the way of how migration policies, through programs operated by different institutions and spheres of government, have worked through the manifestations of the domestic and international Mexican migration it is proposed. It also serves to contextualize and to understand how they are created and why the objectives they intend to meet are more orientated to immediate problems rather to recognize the complexity of migratory problems, in need of specific policies.

Las tecnologías disruptivas como la inteligencia artificial y la robótica, representan un reto para los sistemas tributarios actuales, múltiples líneas de investigación señalan la necesidad de gravar la robótica con la finalidad de compensar el detrimento que ésta genera en la sociedad por el desplazamiento laboral. Este artículo tiene la finalidad de analizar los

elementos necesarios para el desarrollo de un impuesto especial sobre el uso de inteligencia artificial y robótica en México. Es importante mencionar que para desarrollar las ideas que sustentan este estudio se hizo uso de la metodología de investigación documental y analítica, la metodología del derecho comparado, con apoyo del método inductivo y deductivo. Derivado de lo anterior podemos encontrar que nuestro país tiene un contexto histórico, cultural y económico

particular donde es necesario aplicar un impuesto a los robots con la finalidad de situar a México en la economía del conocimiento. Sin embargo, dicha medida genera diversas dificultades jurídicas que serán expuestas para generar certeza sobre la legalidad de establecer el gravamen que se propone. Finalmente, se concluye que este fenómeno

requiere de acciones inmediatas no solo en el ámbito jurídico sino en la implementación de políticas públicas por parte del Estado con el objeto de generar bienestar social en la población y abrazar el fenómeno de las tecnologías como la inteligencia artificial y la robótica.

The following article presents a brief anthropological and historical reflection based on the Cuban community in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México. Additionally, we discuss important historical aspects that have contributed to the development of the Cuban community in El Paso, TX-Ciudad Juárez, CH border, such as the migrant caravans that occurred between 2017-2019 and the migratory policies that have been put into effect. Furthermore, we present an ethnographic analysis on the migration experience of certain participants, placing an emphasis on created networks, and expanding on the concept of community through spatial solidarity and survival in Ciudad Juárez.

Resumen:

El siguiente articulo presenta una reflexión antropológica y urbana centrada en la vida diaria y los principales problemas incluyendo: el impacto de las caravanas de migrantes, y cuestiones urbanas en Tijuana durante los años 2018 – 2021. En adición, el articulo aborda otros temas importantes como: el impacto de la pandemia del COVID-19, y los patrones socioculturales históricos desarrollados para sobrevivir las condiciones de desigualdad económica en Tijuana. A nivel metodológico, el articulo utilizó un enfoque cualitativo basado en experiencias de trabajo de campo que incluyeron observación participante y múltiples entrevistas realizadas a residentes durante distintas visitas a Tijuana, Baja California, México entre los años 2018-2021. Las conclusiones de este articulo presentan una reflexión para entender y hacer visible las condiciones de vida de los migrantes, los esfuerzos brindados por una organización de migrantes y el estilo de vida único y problemas urbanos contemporáneos desarrollados en la ciudad fronteriza de Tijuana.

Local markets and food security. The case of the Milpera and Puuc regions in Yucatan

Food insecurity is a complex problem worldwide. A major part of this problem is the food supply. Local markets can represent a strategy for building social capital, as well as strategies for subsistence and sustainability of food value chains, contributing to food security and its effects. The objective of this research is to determine if the existence of a municipal market in the Milpera and Puuc regions of Yucatán favors the existence of food security, the consumption or the expense of natural foods. The population is located in 18 municipalities of Yucatán, Mexico. To carry out this study, a cross-sectional, non-experimental study, with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. The main techniques that were applied were descriptive statistics and contingency tables with respect to 6 hypotheses. This work shows that the existence of markets in the communities makes a significant difference because it positively impacts the food security of the inhabitants, since it allows them to have access to a wider variety of products and at the same time, favors the active dynamics of the economy of the community.
