Análisis interferométrico de caos óptico
Fabian Camilo CUBILLOS Morales (2020)
It is proposed a desing based on the Young’s experimental setup for implement caos in interferometric systems. First, correlation is studied for a system where the point sources are distributed in random way, this is for analize the caos ideas in the setup. For this, a rigid double pendulum system was used with the point sources in it. It is shown that the irradiance distribution follows a partial, non-linear and second order differential equation, whose solution allows to establish properties analogous to the mathematical structure of entropy. In addition, a description of the irradiance correlation processes is made using the matrix formalism.

This mixed research aims to analyze the use of the social network Facebook in Computational Mathematics and Basic Applied Statistics during the 2017 school year through data science (decision tree technique). The sample is composed of 54 students of the Bachelor of Administration, Information Technology, Marketing and Commerce. The decision tree technique allows the identification of 8 predictive models about the interaction and communication of students in the social network Facebook during the teaching and learning process. Likewise, the qualitative approach analyzes the use of this social network considering the variables on the meeting point, distribution of contents, motivation, support tool in learning and satisfaction. The results indicate that Facebook is a tool that facilitates the teaching and learning process in the field of mathematics. In fact, the linear regression indicates that the publication of tasks, sending of messages among students, creation of comments on the wall and consultation of videos in this social network positively influence the interaction and communication of students during the teaching and learning process. Therefore, this qualitative and quantitative study recommends the incorporation of the social network Facebook in school activities with the purpose of innovating educational practices.

Intercultural universities in Mexico at the crossroads
León Enrique Avila Romero AGUSTIN AVILA ROMERO (2021)
Intercultural Universities in Mexico took place to promote access to higher education of indigenous population, which has historically experienced a lag. In 2003 the General Coordination of Intercultural and Bilingual Education (CGEIB) is created by the federal government in order to generate proposals that incorporate knowledge, languages and culture of indigenous educational processes. By 2014 there were ten Institutions of Higher Education, which are grouped in the University Network Intercultural (Redui), and located in Mexican states with significant presence of native people. This paper seeks to analyze three great moments: a) the genesis of intercultural universities in Mexico, b) their evolution and development, and c) analysis and actual situation. Finally, this inquiry will analyze the scope, difficulties and problems that the Unich has had.

The objective is to describe the organizational culture (OC) of managers, administrators and teachers of higher institution in the north of Mexico and their vision of competitive intelligence (CI) in the collection of information for the achievement of institutional objectives. A qualitative and case study was conducted, with semi-structured interviews and grounded theory, in a theoretical sample of 14 participants and institutional documents. The coding was selective theoretical with a hypothetico-deductive model based on Cameron and Quinn's OC types and the CI cycle. It was found that the results of market OC that the institutional plan projects, only correspond to what the administrative mention and CI in the 2021 projection as institutionalized and regulated, although currently lack of knowledge about the CI of the institution and unification of criteria on who and what strategies they carry out. The document includes recommendations for the cultural change that is required in the 2021 projection.

Eska Elena Solano Meneses (2022)

SANDRA LOERA SERNA MARIA ELBA ORTIZ ROMERO VARGAS (2015)
The continuous increase in global energy demand is generating in recent years a growing concern, since resources of fossil fuels, which are the energy source for excellence, are limited and its use leads to a negative environmental impact. Because of this, it is considering the introduction of alternative sources, one of them is hydrogen. However, hydrogen storage and transport is a problem that has not yet been resolved, now porous materials are used to hold and transport. This method is effective, safe and economically viable. Zeolites are used in transport and storage of hydrogen, because they are porous and adsorbent materials, with different characteristics and properties. In this paper the characterization of natural zeolites (clinoptilolite, mordenite and eriotnite) and synthetic zeolites (A, y and Beta) to determine their physicochemical properties, and the homogenization of the ion exchange is proposed to apply to the hydrogen adsorption high pressure.

Stalking and sexual harassment, as expressions of gender violence in the field of higher education, are very pressing problems as they have been exhibited by the protest movements that have arisen in Higher Education Institutions. The objective of this work is to analyze the narratives of university women who experienced stalking and/or sexual harassment in Higher Education Institutions in the municipalities of Tampico and Ciudad Madero in the state of Tamaulipas. The purpose was to learn about their experiences and their way of dealing with these forms of gender violence, using qualitative research and a phenomenological design. The technique used for data collection was the semi-structured interview. The selection of the informants was based on intentional sampling and the number of cases examined was guided by the saturation criterion, the total number of participants being thirteen. The analysis of the interviews shows that acts of stalking and sexual harassment provoke various emotions in women that can shed light on the problem of violence from the perspective of the victims, instead of considering only their own explanations, which are often rationalized or consistent with socially legitimized meanings. In sum, the study of emotions allows us to conclude that women within the university context suffer from a psychophysical discomfort that does not allow them to live a full university life.
